Terms and Conditions

By purchasing and/or accepting a ticket to attend the Nonprofit Innovation & Optimization Summit I agree to the following:

• I grant Next After LLC and its subsidiaries, vendors and licensees, permission to take photographs and video footage of me during Nonprofit Innovation & Optimization Summit. Next After LLC will own all still photographs and/or video footage rights in which I appear, and have the unrestricted right to publish and use such photographs and video in any media for any future advertising and promotional purposes, and shall have the right to license others to do the same.
• I understand that I am not permitted to take photos or videos of the event speakers and sponsors without prior approval.
• I understand that all ticket sales, including any additional upgrades if I so choose, are final and tickets are non-refundable less than 60 days prior to the event. If I notify Next After LLC at least 30 days in advance of the event I will receive a full refund and/or a credit toward a future event.
• If the event is cancelled, I understand that Next After LLC will gladly refund my ticket with no penalties. However, I also understand that NextAfter is not responsible for covering any other costs, including, but not limited to, travel and hotel costs.
• I will notify NextAfter in advance if I have any special accessibility requirements and that NextAfter will do their very best to accommodate me.
