That’s why we’re launching the Nonprofit Executive Roundtable—a trusted space where nonprofit leaders like you come together to share real struggles, spark new ideas, build lasting connections, and fuel both personal and organizational growth. This is more than just networking—it’s a catalyst for clarity, collaboration, and greater impact.

Why Should I Be There?

As a busy executive, we know you don’t have any time to waste.  That’s why this roundtable will be free from any vendors or sales pitches. It’s simply a space for honest dialogue and collaborative problem-solving among nonprofit leaders. You’ll join peers to share challenges, celebrate wins, and spark fresh ideas—all with the goal of advancing generosity and innovation in the sector. After all, who knows the challenges you face as a nonprofit executive better than a group of your peers?

While we can’t predict the exact outcomes, we know this: the agenda will be built by you, the attendees. You’ll help shape the conversations that matter most. What new insights will surface? What partnerships might form? That’s the exciting part—we’ll discover it together.

We’ll provide a starting point, including a “fireside chat”  with Cassandra Worthy, a Fortune 500 consultant and expert on navigating change. She’ll share her expertise in leading our teams through transformation with purpose and enthusiasm.

There’s no cost to attend the roundtable—just cover your travel. All venue expenses are covered by the NIO Summit as an investment in you, your organization, and the greater fundraising community.

After acceptance, you’ll receive a brief questionnaire to help us understand the challenges and goals you’re most eager to discuss. Based on all participants’ input, we’ll craft a highly relevant and engaging agenda. Interested in facilitating a discussion? Let us know—your voice is welcome.
